The ceiling and door frame of our porch had become victims to moisture damage. Randy and his team identified the existing structural errors that were the root cause of the damage (and mildew smell!). They swiftly removed the ceiling and doorframe. Then installed a beautiful cedar ceiling, replaced the siding, and built a structurally sound doorframe. The result is GORGEOUS. All complete within one week! The cherry on top is that all team members are very kind, and they meticulously clean the space at the end of each day. Don’t look any further. Delaware Home Improvements is the #1 choice!

Randy and his team at Delaware Home Improvements did a phenomenal job remodeling our beach home bathroom in Rehoboth, Delaware! We were limited on space, but Randy’s ideas and expertise helped us nearly double our bathroom space, expand our master closet, and create a beautiful, functional space for our family. The grandkids absolutely love the new soaking tub! The project was completed in a timely manner, and the results exceeded our expectations.
Like anyone else, we did our research and noticed one negative review. After speaking directly with Randy, hearing his perspective, and seeing the company’s long history of positive reviews, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did! Don’t let one review make the decision for you. Speak with Randy and his team directly and see for yourself. We have absolutely no regrets and will gladly use Delaware Home Improvements for our future projects. Highly recommend!

Delaware Home Improvements did an outstanding job remodeling our full basement and bathroom in Lewes, Delaware, and installing our 26kW Generac whole-home generator! Evan handled all the electrical work, Fernando and his plumbing team did a great job, and Randy, the owner, brought the knowledge and expertise to keep everything on schedule, within budget, and beyond our expectations. The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be calling them for future projects. Highly recommend!

Replaced attic subfloor. Really excellent work, added thoughtful features we had not envisioned. Workers were prompt, friendly, experienced. Randy was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and flexible about changes as the job progressed. Everything was highly professional and the flooring is so solid, and improved safety by safely going over exposed electrical wires yet providing access to them. They not only cleaned up the job area well and laid drop cloths inside the house but also removed some materials in the attic not related to the new flooring using their dumpster. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Randy and Evan came out within 24 hours of our initial phone conversation and replaced 4 switches and fixed the dryer outlet same day. I thought the cost was very reasonable and they were both easy to work with and personable.

Great experience with Delaware Home Improvement!

We had Delaware Home Improvement build our three-season room addition, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life, and the addition looks beautiful. The quality of their work really shows, and we are so excited to enjoy our new space.

One of the things we appreciated most was their great communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed, which made the experience so much easier and less stressful.

We truly appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into making this addition happen. If you’re looking for a company to help with your home improvement projects, we highly recommend Delaware Home Improvement. They did an amazing job, and we’re so happy with the results!

It’s been a pleasure working with Delaware Home Improvements. This company does what they say they are going to do at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Randy offers suggestions and different options to improve your final project. He and his staff are quick to respond to questions, suggestions, and feedback. Evan (Master Electrician) is friendly, conscientious, hard working and does high quality work. The plumbers Fernando and Brian are also fantastic, and they did a nice job installing our water filtration system and water softener.

Randy and his crew built us a beautiful 4 seasons room in our beach house in Lewes Delaware they also installed shiplap ceilings in multiple rooms with real wood beams in three rooms. Delaware Home Improvements also transformed our builder grade laundry room into a beautiful laundry room with quartz countertop and real wood cabinets. They also painted the interior of our house and repaired the imperfections left by the builder’s drywall finishers. Some of the other upgrades they completed include installing a water softener, additional interior lights, upgraded bathroom fan, and a Cambridge paver patio with lighted seating wall and columns.
We are very happy with all the work Delaware Home Improvements has done for us. We highly recommend this company. Randy and his crew are top notch.
